Cbeyond’s Service Commitment

In the world of small business, downtime is not an option. That’s why Cbeyond is dedicated to keeping your service up and running. But we don’t just promise reliability. We deliver it, using world-class Cisco technology. And we back it up with a written commitment you can believe in.

Our 60-Day Service Commitment is our promise that your service will be right, right from the beginning. During the first 60 days after your installation, if your BeyondVoice™ service isn’t living up to the performance standards we outlined for you, just let us know. We’ll fix any problems as quickly as possible. And if we can’t make things right, we’ll release you from your contract and reimburse you for the costs of going back to your previous provider – $100 per line, for a maximum of $1,000 or $1,500, depending on your BeyondVoice package.
